We take your privacy very seriously.

Children (under 18s) are not eligible to use our services and should not submit any personal information to us.

VoteTonyMurray.ie does not actively track you as an individual.

Should you send us an email via the contact form below, your name, email address and message will be emailed to us (as you would expect). This information is kept private. We will store this information within our own email system so that we are able to respond to you.

We have comments disabled on our website, so there is no way to have your details listed.

The website does use some cookies when you browse this website. These are used to ensure proper running of this website and for analytics to understand where our users broadly come from, how long they spend on our site, and what pages are being visited. We use an IP anonymisation policy in our analytics tool. Our web server (as all web servers do) stores access logs, which are automatically purged every 30 days.

NONE OF THE INFORMATION WE GATHER VIA COOKIES IDENTIFIES YOU AS AN INDIVIDUAL – IT IS ALL ENTIRELY ANONYMOUS.

Just like you, we hate spam. We do not send you spam emails. Any of our emails collected (ie via surveys or newsletters) are fully opt in. You may opt-out of our emails at any time. An ‘unsubscribe’ link is included in all of our email newsletters.

VoteTonyMurray.ie uses best endeavour to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information by not collecting it in the first place, anonymising what we do record in any software we use, and using SSL encryption to further protect the information as it travels across the Internet. How to correct inaccurate information
Our site does not allow comments, however, if you have been covered in one of our articles, or are included in a photograph (from an event for example) would like to have this information removed please contact us with the link or image in question and we will do this for you.

You should know that because of technical constraints, all information may never completely removed from our database, although we endeavour to do our best to do so. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personally identifiable information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests that it be removed. We will aim to remove all publicly-facing information as a minimum.
